****In Uttarpradesh 2004, selected
teachers in government primary
schools of the GPF will be cut from
January. These three districts in
Punjab, following the release order
specific BTC was selected in 2004,
about 40 thousand teachers in their

an interim order under the old
pension scheme GPF cutting these
teachers have directed.
Specific BTC was ordered in 2004 to
recruit 46 189 teachers. The January-
February, almost 40 thousand
teachers were selected and
September 2004. The six-month
training was introduced.While these
original appointment in December
2005 was given. The March 28, 2005,
the new pension scheme was notified
and Basic Education Department
Shasnades was released in 2010.
Teachers involved in the selection
process on the basis of the High Court
moved. The high court in 2012 by
teachers of the basic education
officers asked to take the old or new
pension plan option.But the case was
not resolved. Again in October 2015,
the High Court on the petition filed by
the teachers' salaries under the old
pension scheme to be cut and the
final decisions will be subject to GPF.
Our selection was done in 2004. The
delay in the appointment of officials.
So we are entitled to the old pension
plan. Basic Education Minister on this
issue, we were met by Ahmed
Hassan. He is convinced that a
solution to the issue will be held
soon.
